Appointments & Online Booking

Appointments may be scheduled through our online booking system and are subject to availability. By booking an appointment, you consent to receive confirmations, reminders, and service-related communications via email and/or text message. Clients are expected to arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in shortened services or rescheduling at the provider’s discretion.

Card-on-File & Payment Authorization

A valid credit or debit card is required to be kept on file to secure appointments. Cards will not be charged at the time of booking unless a deposit is required.

By booking an appointment, you authorize the business to charge the card on file for:

Services rendered
Required deposits
Late cancellation or no-show fees
Outstanding balances

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. We do not store full credit card numbers.

Deposits

Certain services may require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are applied toward the total cost of the service and are forfeited if cancellation or rescheduling occurs outside the required notice period.

Cancellations, No-Shows & Late Arrivals

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, missed appointments, or no-shows may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service price.

Late arrivals may receive a shortened service. Full service fees may still apply.

Client Health Disclosure & Consent

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding medical history, allergies, medications, skin conditions, and sensitivities.

By receiving services, you acknowledge:

You have disclosed all relevant health information
You understand potential risks associated with esthetic treatments
You voluntarily consent to treatment

Failure to disclose relevant information releases the business from liability related to adverse reactions.

Services & Results Disclaimer

All esthetic services are cosmetic in nature and are not medical treatments. Results vary by individual, and no guarantees are made regarding outcomes.

Payment, Refunds & Disputes

Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise agreed.

All sales are final. Refunds are not provided for completed services.

Billing concerns must be submitted within 7 days of the appointment date. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting the business may result in refusal of future services.

Gift Cards & Service Packages

Gift cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash.

Prepaid service packages are non-transferable unless approved in writing. Unused sessions are non-refundable but may have expiration terms as disclosed at purchase.

Minor Clients

Clients under 18 years of age must have written parental or legal guardian consent prior to receiving services. The guardian may be required to remain on-site during treatment.

Client Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services to any client exhibiting inappropriate, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior, or if services are deemed unsuitable for the client’s condition.

Privacy & California Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

Client information is collected and protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy and California privacy laws. We do not sell or share personal or sensitive personal information for advertising purposes.

California residents have the right to:

Request access to personal information
Request correction or deletion
Limit use of sensitive personal information

Requests may be submitted directly to the business. We will not discriminate against clients for exercising their privacy rights.

While esthetic services are not HIPAA-covered entities, we voluntarily follow HIPAA-aligned privacy and security practices.

Limitation of Liability

By receiving services, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with esthetic treatments and agree to release and hold harmless the business and its practitioners from liability, except where prohibited by law.

Right to Update Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued booking or receipt of services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California.
